Ashley Park features an enclosed shelter house renovated in 2020, an open shelter house and a picnic area, 1 tennis court w/pickleball, 1 basketball court, restrooms, playground equipment, accessing to fishing, the Pioneer Memorial Cabin, and access with parking to the biking and walking trail. Located next to the West Fork of the Des Moines River at the intersection of State Street and Riverside Drive, Ashley Park is host to the Rhythm of the River Festival in July.
